This week I have been mostly reading.........

 

I am doing something that I have never done before - reading two books at the same time.  I absolutely do not do it.  Ever.  I always finish a book before I open the next one. But here I am with these two little beauties on the go and I can't put them down or decide which to read from next. What a rebel.

I wanted to read this before the movie comes out

  

I know I'm always way behind everyone with what I'm reading but I'm half way through and enjoying every word.  Very entertaining. Maybe reading two at a time is the way to go?

This is the other book.

Again, a very good read so far.  The bit about the sheep in the road made me laugh out loud.

 

Lift Off

At last I am online at the caravan, thanks to my new laptop & vodafone who now provide mobile broadband to the little village we are situated.  It is a slow connection but I'm not complaining - certainly an improvement to the only other internet available around here - the WiFi connection belonging to a private company who charge £5 per hour to use it!

I can now blog at the caravan - when i actually have the time to do it.

Grand Day Out

What is wrong with me? I kept typing posts and then not posting them.  I've just deleted two from last week. *Note to self -  must a better blogger!

How great is the weather this week! Isn't life just great when the sun is shining.  On Saturday we attended the wedding of our lovely friends Michelle and Robert.  It was a fabulous day made all the better by the glorious sunshine and beautiful grounds of the venue (of which I have absolutely no photos - how stupid!).
