I was so excited to receive this fabulous parcel from Laverstoke Farm - I won the Valentine Giveaway my first ever win! I was away during valentines week but they very kindly held on to my prize until I returned. The delivery arrived exactly when they advised and was so well packaged it seemed a shame to open it.
The box contained two organic steaks which were divine, some buffalo mozzarella and a tub of the most delicious buffalo milk vanilla ice cream. We ate the steaks with jacket potatoes and roast veg. We had the ice cream for dessert. The mozzarella was used later, one to top a mozzarella and tomato pizza and the other in a pasta bake.
I feel well and truly spoilt.
