I've been making hatpins to use in my cardmaking - I am counting this as my make for Felt Fairy's monthly make for February (it's not much but it is a start!)
And in the kitchen........
I made a batch of this Chickpea and Butternut squash Tagine which I saw on Frugal Queens Blog - it is delicious, I need to make another batch for the freezer - it's a very tasty meal to have on standby when you are too busy to cook. Freeze with couscous in plastic containers and then simply defrost and reheat in microwave, serve with some salad leaves. I did plan to use it as a work lunch but it is so nice I've been having it for dinner. I have put it in my Sparkpeople food log so I can easily add it to my food for the day.
It's nice when you discover a new recipe which you really enjoy, big bonus it's nutrious and cheap!
Hat pins are very pretty.

That looks delicious, and uses my two favourite ingredients. Which I just happen to have in the cupboard, yum!
Lovely hatpins. I wish we still wore hats frequently enough to warrant a huge collection!
